I’m Tenaya, the founder of Hey August and mom to August—the kid behind the name.

When he was little, I was always looking for caps I actually wanted to dress him in. Simple shapes, good colors, a little personality. So I started making the ones I couldn’t find.

That same idea still guides Hey August: everyday pieces that make getting dressed feel easy. A favorite beanie, a cap worn on repeat, the little details that make an outfit feel like you.
